New Aviation Web TV Show for South Australia

This week saw the beginnings of a new web TV show for aviation enthusiasts. The show, AVIATION NOW centres it’s focus on news and information from the South Australian aviation sector.

Here is a sample of a WEEKLY BULLETIN. Bulletins provide the latest info between the monthly production of the show.

Aviation Now will follow a format that includes studio and OB content. There will be interviews and images plus top content from industry participants, clubs, individuals and more.

Barrosa Air Show

Some readers will remember that the Barossa Air Show was cancelled back in May 2011 due to bad weather. Well, it’s back on again and the date has been set at November 6th 2011. From 10am to 4pm visitors will be able to view static displays, aerobatics and a variety of aviation related personnel.

Special appearances by Matt Hall (Red Bull Champion), Roulettes Aerobatic Team and Chris Sperou, 13 time Aerobatic Champion.

Admission:

Adults $20

Children $5

Family $50

Aldinga Aero Club Dawn Patrol 2011

This Sunday, September 11th the Aldinga Aero Club will be holding it’s annual DAWN PATROL to commemorate the Battle of Britain. Members will take their aircaft on a mock sortie and return to base. there will be a static display of vintage and current aircraft. Breakfast to follow the sortie. Breakfast BBQ free for club members. Flight briefing at 0600.
